Refund policy

In accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of the ordered goods to change your mind without reason. However, you must give a clear statement (not necessarily in writing) and ensure goods are returned within 14 days for a full refund. Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Goods being returned must be in their original condition and packaging. However, in the event original packing is not available, please ensure the goods being returned are well packaged as we reserve the right to refuse if received damaged. If you wish to return goods, please email us at info@hiscoxcases.com with your full name, order reference, and any images clearly showing any damage or defects.

When arranging products for return we recommend using the services of companies such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, UPS, or FedEx. Please ensure insurance is taken as full responsibility for goods being returned remains with you until received safely and signed for by Hiscox Cases. Insurance will allow any compensation claim to be made if the item(s) being returned are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be arranged within 14 days of the goods being received by Hiscox Cases. Funds will be processed using the original payment method. An email notification will be sent once the refund transaction has been processed. Please allow 5 working days for any funds to clear.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Goods altered from their original condition cannot be returned.

Faulty goods may be returned within 28 days from the date of delivery with an exchange item offered or a full refund given. Any product found to be faulty after 28 days will be subject to our warranty terms.
